Meet Anne and Patrick Furlow they own Step by Stage Interiors in Lakeland, Florida. They are Lakeland’s premier home staging company, servicing all of Polk County and Hillsborough. With over fifteen years of design experience and an expansive inventory, we have the knowledge, skills, and materials to prepare your home for sale. Anne Furlow has always had an eye for design ever since she was young. She followed her passion by attending the International Academy of Design & Technology (IADT) in Tampa, FL, studying Interior Design. She has worked for several home builders and remodelers for the past fifteen years. In 2010, Anne received the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) certification. She has been staging since 2011. Her accolades include Parade of Homes 2011, 2012, 2013, 2018; 1st & 2nd Place Remodels, along with receiving the Best of Lakeland 2018 award for Interior Design by the Lakeland Awards Program! Anne is an accomplished motivator, public speaker and often a go-to person for local realtors in her area that are in need of a competitive advantage that our company’s home stagings can offer. She has locally mentored new home stagers in the industry, helping them with business plans, start-up, and resources. She has been part of the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Masterminds retreat/course as well, helping progress home staging across North America.

Patrick grew up in the small town of Poolesville, Maryland. He completed his degree at The Florida Institute of Technology, earning a B.S. in Business Administration. Patrick’s experience and background have been in leadership and management within the education field along with account management in the textile and facility services industry. After growing and developing successful business teams, he took the leap from the corporate lifestyle to join Step By Stage Interiors full time as President of Operations and Logistics. He has a knack for detail, organization, and efficiency.
